I found Oxford Treatment Center to be an oasis in a scorching hot desert that had become my life. Treatment was personality based and curtailed to individual needs. I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone and rate it a 10 against any other treatment facility.

I’m building a foundation

I’m 58 years old… Don’t take as long as I did to do this. Please… If you need a treatment facility. If you need someplace to go, call American Addiction Centers. They can help because they know the way home.

I understand why I have a problem

Any problem that I’ve ever had, drinking was involved… They give you the tools or help the build foundation to be successful when you leave.

I don’t want to be the person I was

I have got to fix me so I don’t drink and go back to old behavior. That is what I learned here. How to fix my behavior, how to deal with life… I’m confident about going home.

This place saved my life

I was sick & tired of hurting my family. I was in denial big time… Finally I’m going uphill … Its the best decision of my life.

Physically & mentally, I feel stronger.

I got tired of seeing everyone smiling and being happy… asking myself “what are they so happy about?”. I want to feel that… It has changed my life. In some ways, it's saved me from me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is smoking allowed at your rehab center?
You are permitted to smoke at our Mississippi inpatient rehab facility, but only in designated smoking areas. Be aware that you can bring your own cigarettes with you to treatment, but they'll need to be in an unopened pack or carton. You're also allowed to accept packages from your family and friends that contain cigarettes, but they must be factory sealed packs or cartons. Please double check the rules when you talk to our staff or at checkin.
Do you accept pregnant women?

Do you offer translator services or programs in languages other than English?
If translation services are necessary for a patient, Oxford will do everything they can to provide these services. They are included on an as-needed basis. Please be aware that while we make every attempt to partner with anyone who is trying to reach recovery, some of our facilities are more likely to have the specific translation service you need than others. It’s important to provide us with the information regarding your translation needs as soon as possible so we can make the necessary accommodations.
