Salute to Recovery

Salute to Recovery is designed to address the unique needs of Veterans struggling with addiction and co-occurring disorders, like PTSD.

Substance Use Treatment for Veterans

Many Veterans have likely experienced events and traumas most civilians haven’t. Our Mississippi addiction treatment facility offers a program that provides co-occurring disorder treatment specifically designed for Vets living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

Anger Management & Conflict Resolution Skill Building

Stress, drug or alcohol use, and trauma can influence how you exhibit anger. This program can provide you with tools to productively communicate your anger and help you resolve conflicts.

Alternative Therapies, Including Equine Therapy

Our evidence-based therapies are supplemented with alternative therapies. At Oxford, you have access to stress management and relaxation classes like yoga, music and art therapy, and even equine therapy. We also help you recover physically with nutrition guidance, exercise classes, and more.

A Look Inside Our Veterans' Retreat

Oxford’s sprawling campus offers 110 acres of wooded, rolling hills. Enjoy a serene and beautiful setting that’s ideal for healing. We also have a space set aside at our addiction treatment facility specifically for Veterans; here, you can relax and socialize with fellow Veterans.
