Martinese Fitzpatrick, M.Ed, LPC-S, NCC serves as the Clinical Director at Oxford Treatment Center, where she leads clinical operations and champions compassionate, high-quality care.

She brings extensive experience working with youth and adults navigating co-occurring disorders and complex behavioral health needs. Martinese holds training in Motivational Interviewing and CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and she consistently provides steady leadership during crises while guiding individualized, thoughtful treatment planning.

In her role, she oversees clinical admissions, supervises therapists, and coordinates timely, structured care from the moment clients enter treatment. She leads clinical meetings, supports staff development, and collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance and strengthen program services.

Martinese earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Delta State University, along with dual undergraduate degrees in Child Development and Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC-S), a National Board Certified Counselor, and a Board Qualified Supervisor.

Martinese shapes compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals navigating substance use and recovery.
