Kate Bell, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, serves as the Outpatient Clinical Manager at Oxford Treatment Center, where she leads outpatient clinical operations and helps ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care as they continue their recovery journey.
Kate joined Oxford Treatment Center as an intern in 2021 and has grown with the organization ever since, serving as a weekend Case Manager, Counselor, Program Manager, and now Outpatient Clinical Manager. Her experience across both clinical and leadership roles gives her a deep understanding of the recovery process and the importance of supporting patients at every stage of treatment.
For Kate, addiction treatment is deeply personal. As someone in long-term recovery herself, she knows firsthand how life-changing treatment can be and believes that healing is possible for anyone willing to take that first step. She is passionate about helping patients discover their strengths, build lasting recovery, and realize that a fulfilling life beyond addiction is within reach.
When she’s not at work, Kate enjoys staying active through USTA tennis, a hobby that has connected her with her local community and allowed her to compete in state and sectional tournaments throughout Northeast Mississippi.
