Ambriel Kinney is a dedicated Licensed Certified Social Worker, serving as a Counselor III and Registered Yoga Teacher at the esteemed Oxford Treatment Center. With a profound commitment to aiding individuals on their journey to recovery, Ambriel brings a wealth of experience and a unique skill set to her therapeutic practice.

Ambriel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Social Work degrees from The University of Mississippi, graduating with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, and Magna Cum Laude. As a licensed professional, Ambriel is recognized by the Mississippi Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists.

Boasting five years of invaluable experience in the addiction treatment industry, Ambriel has spent the last four years contributing her expertise to the Oxford Treatment Center. Her approach to counseling is distinguished by the integration of mindfulness techniques and holistic methodologies, providing a comprehensive and individualized therapeutic experience for those grappling with addiction.

In her role, Ambriel excels in delivering various clinical services, including individual therapy, clinical process group therapy, and crisis interventions, as well as instructing Yoga classes. Her multifaceted skill set enables her to connect with diverse patient populations, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.
